    Step 1

    以滚水烫面线一会(少过 1 分钟)。Scald mee sua in boiling water for less than a minute.

    Step 2

    直接把川烫后的面线放入蛋液中,加入调味料拌匀。Drain mee sua and put straight into beaten eggs sauce. Add seasoning.

    Step 3

    起锅热麻油,把姜丝爆至香脆。Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add ginger and fry until golden and fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入鱼露和九层塔叶,快炒一会。Splash in fish sauce and add basil leaves. Fry briefly.

    Step 5

    加入蛋液面线混合物。Put in mee sua eggs mixture.

    Step 6

    让面线和蛋液煎熟成蛋饼形状,然后翻面再煎至金黄色。Allow the mee sua to be cooked with the eggs into a brief round piece. Turn over the mee sua to cook the other side until golden and cooked through.
